We can do commercial packaging and some light distribution (like drop-shipping), but we do not do sales or marketing for your product.

Yes, in many cases. It is more common than you might think. If you have a metal component, we can help reverse engineer it for plastic injection molding.

Material selection, number of cavities, cost trade-off between number of cavities / tool cost / piece part cost, family molds, etc…

Aluminum- about 100k shots, Aluminum alternative- about 500k shots, P20 steel- 1 million plus shots

Depending on size and material, a mold can run from $3k-$4k all the way up to $200k or more.

Yes, we do pad printing, hot stamping, decals, appliques, etc…

Yes, we do assembly work. Even if we do not mold all of the components or some of the components are metal, we can meet your assembly requirements.

CAN YOU MOLD PARTS IN MULTIPLE COLORS / MULTIPLE MATERIALS?2018-03-08T00:10:06+00:00

Yes, parts can be molded in more than one color and / or in more than one material by several process such as over-molding or co-injecting. Examples might be a soft handle on a hard plastic tool or plastic handles on steel scissors.

Shot sizes range from .23 lbs. to 5.74 lbs. Maximum physical size is 45” long x 40” wide x 15” deep.

DO YOU FABRICATE PLASTIC PARTS?2018-03-07T23:13:21+00:00

We injection mold plastic parts – we are not a fabricator of plastic components, but we can provide prototypes via 3D printing.
